Ordering online at JoyfulBrideOnline.com is safe and secure! Online orders are processed with a secure server. All information is protected against unauthorized access and encrypted before being sent to us. Please note we do not solicit or sell your personal information.

Upon completion of your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Please contact us immediately if you must make a change to your order.

Ordering Samples

Any item on our site may be ordered as a sample, even if the product shows a minimum order quantity of more than one. Items that are priced as sets will be shipped as sets. You may order a maximum of three samples, and each item must be a separate item from the others. Regular pricing, shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable, will apply.

To place a sample order for items that show a minimum quantity of more than one, please send an email to samples@joyfulbrideonline.com or call us toll free at 1-888-344-1225 between 9am and 6pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders of samples may require an extra 3 to 5 days before shipment.

Please note that samples may not be returned or exchanged.

Guarantee and Returns

We believe we've assembled exceptional products at very reasonable prices, and so we are confident you'll be pleased with your order. Nonetheless, any of our products, except for clearance, personalized or edible items, are returnable if they fail to meet your expectations.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@JoyfulBrideOnline.com or call us at 1-888-344-1225 within 7 days of receiving your order (the Receive Date is based on our carrier's tracking system) for authorization on a return. Partial returns of an item will not be authorized. For example, if the original order included 50 of a particular item, 50 will be eligible for a return; 15 of the 50 are not eligible unless damaged in shipment or defective. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

JoyfulBrideOnline.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error.

After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee. Please allow us time to process your return before crediting your credit card.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of your order. In most cases, personalized items will take a little longer before shipment. Nearly all our product descriptions provide an estimated shipping time. Depending on the size of your order, some of our suppliers may ship directly to you and you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you are ordering personalized tags along with favors, because the personalization takes a little longer, your tags may arrive 3 to 5 days later than the favors.

JoyfulBrideOnline.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. UPS requires a street address; they will not deliver to a post office box.

When providing us with your shipping address be sure to enter all pertinent information such as apartment or suite numbers. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. You may wish to ship to a work address if you are not home during the day. If your order is going to your work address, be sure to include the business name and the floor number and/or suite number.

There may be an additional fee charged for an incorrect address listed on the order form, or for any change of address once the package has scanned into UPS's system. It is the customer's responsibility to provide not only the correct shipping address but also that it is one where orders will be received by the customer. JoyfulBrideOnline.com assumes no liability for packages left at the door. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

JoyfulBrideOnline.com does not ship outside the Unites States at this time.

Rush Orders

If you require a rush delivery, in most cases we can ship 2nd day air or overnight. There is an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air that we would be happy to discuss with you. Please call us between 9 am and 6 pm EST Monday through Friday at 1-888-344-1225, or send us an email at help@joyfulbrideonline.com. Email requests, please include product, quantity and shipping zipcode. Please be aware that in most cases, two to five days is still required for processing your order.

Order Tracking

We will email your shipment tracking number to the email address you provide us on your order form.

Should your package not arrived by the schedule date stated on the UPS tracking report, please contact us so that we can put a tracer on your delayed package. JoyfulBrideOnline.com will do everything we can to help you track your package, however we are not responsible for your lost or delayed package once the package has been scanned onto the UPS tracking system.
